Description

Morus indica Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 986. 1753.

"Habitat in India." RCN: 7150.

Lectotype (Rao & Jarvis in Taxon 35: 706. 1986): Herb. Hermann 3: 26, No. 337 (BM-000621897).

Current name: Morus alba L. var. indica (L.) Bureau (Moraceae).
