Geographic Location and Habitats: AK: Barrow (Hurd & Lindquist 1958); AB: northeastern (Cameron et al. 2013); ABMI Sites (Walter et al. 2014); QC: Mont Tremblant (Behan et al. 1978); Abitibi, boreal mixedwood forest (Déchêne & Buddle 2009, 2010); NB: Maritime lowlands (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan- Pelletier et al. 1987); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan-Pelletier et al. 1987).
