Geographic Location: QC: Abitibi (Déchêne & Buddle 2009, 2010); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).

Habitats: boreal mixedwood forest; Balsam fir forest.

Distribution: Nearctic; eastern Palaearctic.
