Mentoring is seen as a method of personnel management that is used for the formation and development of specialists and management personnel at the workplace. Mentoring is aimed at establishing long-term cooperation based on mutual professional activity, allowing to achieve the goals of the organization and the interests of the employee. Mentoring is considered not only as a mechanism to transfer knowledge and skills to beginners, but also rules of conduct in the team, of the laws of one or another type of organizational culture. The article defines the technological features of the successful introduction of a mentoring system in the civil service, and identifies conditions for successful functioning of a mentoring system in your organization.
