D 1.4 Preparatory Actions Report

This deliverable will present the overall progress of the pilots during the Preparatory Actions summarizing the actions taken as well as the progress made in every pilot with respect to the baseline. In particular, this report will contain:

• A description of the sensors that have been deployed at every pilot site and their location and the
• state of the technologies to be deployed at the pilot sites
• A summary of the social actions carried out and their results
• A review in terms of the KPIs and the project baseline following the sustainability model defined in D1.3

Pilots execution progress will be analysed along the project by 4 deliverables corresponding to the milestones of the project.

Although the baseline of the pilots is stablished in D1.3, its updates (if necessary) will be incorporated in the progress reports, as well as any modification in the KPIs methodology defined also in D1.3. 

As a result of the assessment of the project progress, each deliverable will also incorporate: the lessons learnt, the updated calendars and recommendations for the coming period (or postproject period in case of D1.7).
