Conflict as a pedagogical problem
Description
The article discusses the impact of the school on the education of students. In the process of learning, the child receives spiritual and value development acquires such qualities as hard work, dedication, perseverance. The study showed that the upbringing and education of children should take place in a conflict-free environment and environment. Based on this, we can say that conflicts are a very important pedagogical problem. Interpersonal conflict is a reflection of the contradictions between the participants in joint activities. Negotiations are the most effective way out of a conflict. They contribute to the search for agreement between the parties to the conflict, as well as the multiplication of common interests. Since conflict situations have a negative impact on the whole pedagogical process as a whole, it is necessary to know the methods of their resolution, as well as to take measures to prevent them in the future.
