Conflicts in the pedagogical collective: actions of the head of educational organization

The main purpose of this work is to consider the importance of the ability of the head of an educational organization to behave correctly in a conflict situation. The paper describes the main criteria for the competence of the leader in the conflict; the main steps to be taken by the director in the event of conflict among educators are discussed; conducted a study of the behaviour of managers in conflict situations in one of the schools; the results of this study are presented.
