Effective mechanisms of providing innovative processes in the agricultural production of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In this article, special attention is paid to the development of effective tools for innovation processes in the agro-industrial complex of Uzbekistan.

The basis of the innovation process is the development in the economic practice of new technologies based on the achievements of science and technology in related industries - suppliers.

An increasing number of agricultural enterprises in Uzbekistan find opportunities to introduce, first of all, new varieties and hybrids of agricultural crops. To carry out an active innovation policy, it is also necessary to improve the system of public investment, credit and tax policy, and extra-budgetary financing.

Separate elements of state and legal support for the development of innovative processes can be used to develop a domestic mechanism to stimulate the increase of the susceptibility of rural commodity producers to the development of innovative achievements and on their basis to create conditions for the effective conduct of agro-industrial production.
