Dear Editor,

We have read the article entitled "A Case of a Cutaneous Angiomyolipoma" by Shin et al1. The author informs that "This article is the 20th reported case of cutaneous angiomyolipoma and the 3rd reported case in Korea". However, Ko et al2 had reported a case of cutaneous angiomyolipoma in Korean Journal of Dermatology and accordingly, the case in the article of Shin et al1 becomes the 4th reported case in Korea. In addition, the illustration of the figure describing a blue nodule in the left ear does not correspond with the text which describes it as the right ear and should be revised correctly. It will be very pleasing if we could acquire more accurate and valuable information from Annals of Dermatology in the future.
