Abstract
A 27-year-old man had subcutaneous nodules on his left scapula and right upper arm at the site of a prior excision. On chest roentgenogram, a circumscribed mass was seen in the left up-per lung field; chest computed tomography showed an elliptical tumor around the left main bronchus.
Histopathologic examination of the subcutaneous nodule and the pulmonary mass showed characteristic findings of a neurilemmoma.
