Abstract
Hemangioendothelioma is a rare neoplasm which presents itself very unusually as promary lesion arising from the bone(Garcia-Moral, 1972, and Dahlin, 1978). The authors have experienced recently a case of hemangioendothelioma developed in 9th thoracic vertebra of 65 years old female, producing pathologic fracture and flaccid paraplegia of both lower extremities. She underwent decompressive laminectomy and died 5 months late. A clinical analysis upon this case is to be reported with review of references.
