    Abstract

Squamous cell carcinomas arised in chronic draining sinuses of osteomyelitis are rare although well documented. From 1973 to 1975, we treated three patients with these tumors. All of these patients had draining sinuses for more than 20 years, and pathologic reports revealed all were well differentiated squamous cell carcinomas.
