Abstract
Selection of medical students is becoming progressively more challenging with time. Medical schools struggle with selecting students who have key non-academic qualities that will enable them to be good doctors. However these qualities appear to be declining over the course of medical school. The qualities in decline, the causes for their decline and the suggested solutions to prevent their decline are discussed in this review article.- Year: 2015
