Abstract:

This paper describes the use of FPGA realization of communication stations, then road transport service data method, if duty rate 32Kb/S, usually on duty voice quality ask for much, as long as can understand. Therefore, if duty rates can be lowered into the appropriate data transmission rate by reducing some of the data, the formation of voice, data combined for the road transport, the rate of post-combiner 32Kb / S, telephone channels in the transmission of duty .this paper designed a total of 5 programs, if the rate of the service16Kb/S, the data rate of 9.6Kb/S, 4.8Kb/S program, done simulation, meet design requirements.
