The Determining of Basic Probability Assignment for D-S Evidential Theory Based on Rough Set

Article Preview

Abstract:

Evidence theory is an effective tool in dealing with uncertainty questions. The evidence comes mainly from experts, but the expert knowledge and experience is limited. There may be a certain degree of subjectivity. To solve this problem, based on the relationship of the rough set and evidence theory, this paper through the strength of decision rules and defines the extension rules of decision rule intensity, the new basic probability distribution function is constructed onthe known rules of recognition framework, avoiding the subjectivity of basic probability assignment, finally being more objective and accurate results lay a foundation, and in the last instance the validity of this method are presented.
