Abstract:

This essay studies the problems and reasons of Commercial Environment in China’s High-tech Districts from City Function and Innovation Function. It is hardly to solve these problems only consider City Function or Innovation Function respectively. By investigation and study, bottleneck could be broken by digging the need of Commercial Environment, and the integration of City Function and Innovation Function.
