Abstract:

In this paper, the problem of HR outsourcing providers evaluation is studied. Based on Extended Ordered Weighted Averaging (EOWA) operator, an approach of multi-criteria decision making with linguistic preference information is introduced to the problem. An illustrative numerical example is also provided to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed approach.
