Study on Electron Shopping Website Based on ASP.NET

Abstract:

As the internet and related technology matured gradually, it indicates a new era of electronic business. This article is developed with ASP and Access Data Base technology, including the realization of the design of shopping website home page module and design of customer and Merchant function module; the develop and management of website backstage function, including management of registered customers, merchants and administrator user, setting to the management of the viewing, modification and publication of products. Detailed research is also made to the development and design of the Data base. The electronic shopping website built based on ASP.NET is B2C and C2C type electronic business website in combination. The merchant shop keeping module is clear and easy to operate. The customer shopping trading procedure is convenient and easy to understand. These are the trend of the current e-business development. As the information industry develops quickly, internet and related technology gradually matured. These all promote the electronic business development, and acknowledged people of this new industry. E-business is applied to many areas to different extend, bring new opportunity to all countries worldwide. In this article, the electronic business model is mainly targeted on the synthesis of C2C (small scale, small amount trade person to person or small service to person) and B2C (adding commodities at backstage, and trade at front stage). The e- business platform discussed is mainly to provide the buyer and seller a only trade platform, to enable the seller to publish commodities selling online, and the buyer to choose the commodities to purchase. The website needs to guarantee the authenticity of the information published by both buyers and sellers, along with safe, convenient shopping and trading procedure. Currently the website hopes to attract large amount of user with free service. Later special service will be promoted to make profit, improve the e-business, win user’s trust, and increase trade amount. However, there are some question to face in current electronic business websites, like the bottle-neck of online trade, only honest trade and trading amount both increase will draw more companies to take part in electronic business websites, and lead to develop and prosperity of this business.
