Abstract:
This article applies the Pro/E software to build the solid model of the ramp plate,and then import it into the ABAQUS which is one of finite element analysis software.By the analysis and calculation of the ramp plate which is the key components of the scraper conveyor.The problems that may exist in the key components to the actual use are solved,and the rationality of the key components structure is improved to make sure the reliability and service life of the ramp plate.
