Intracrainal huge lipoma of the corpus callosum

Abstract
Intracranial lipoma is a rare congenital tumor which is usually found as an incidental finding, but it may besymptomatic. Authors report a case of huge symptomatic intracranial lipoma of the corpus callosum associated with dysgenesis of the whole corpus callosum.
