Orbital computed tomography of blast injury (Detection and L ocalization of Metallic Foreign Body)

It is realized that the detection and accurate localization of metallic foreign bodies within the orbit in theblast injured patient is essential in the teatment plan and prognosis. The author has experienced 10 cases oforbital CT of the blast injury. Therefore, the author report the usefulness and problems of orbital CT for thedetection and localization of metallic foreign bodies.
