어린이집 컨설턴트의 내부-작용 : 이분법을 횡단하는 후기질적연구

본 연구는 어린이집 컨설턴트가 경험한 이분법적 트러블을 횡단하여 새로운 의미를 생성하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구 속에서 연구 방법을 창안할 수 있는 후기질적연구로 나아갔다. 먼저, 어린이집 컨설턴트 경험이 있는 두 연구자의 이분법적 트러블의 이야기를 수집하였다. 연구자는 이분법을 횡단하기 위하여 신물질론 문헌 연구, 대화 기록, 함께-글쓰기 등의 내부 작용을 통해 자료를 생성하였다. 이분법이 적용되는 현장의 트러블과 이분법을 횡단하는 연구자의 사유 기록이 관계적 짝을 이루어 드러난 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전과 놀이의 대립이 만든 분리된 환경의 지루함은 시공간물질의 얽힘으로 생성되는 배움을 통해 어린이집의 시공간물질과 마주치며 의미를 생성할 수 있다. 둘째, 이분법으로 등진 영유아 중심 놀이와 교사 중심 활동은 영유아의 시선으로 이분법을 넘어서면서 교사 중심 활동의 오독(誤讀)을 영유아의 시선으로 넘어섰다. 셋째, 체크리스트와의 트러블은 보육과정 운영과 기관평가의 일원화를 위한 교육 담론 생성하기를 통해 보육과정 운영과 기관평가의 경계를 넘을 수 있다. 넷째, 이기(being)로서의 전문성과 되어가기(becoming)로서의 전문성은 평가자와 교수자로서의 위치를 넘어서며 윤리존재인식론적 전문가로서의 컨설턴트 역량을 기를 수 있다. 횡단성은 이분법을 돌파하고 새로운 의미를 생성한다는 점에서 본 연구는 미래 사회에 필요한 컨설턴트의 역량과 교육을 지원할 수 있는 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to create new meaning by traversing the dichotomous troubles experienced by daycare consultants. To this end, we moved to post-qualitative research that allows for the creation of research methods within the study. First, we collected dichotomous stories of trouble from two researchers with experience as daycare center consultants. In order to traverse the dichotomy, the researcher generated data through internal processes such as researching new material theory literature, recording conversations, and co-writing. The results of the study revealed through a relational pairing of the troubles in the field where the dichotomy is applied and the researcher"s reasons for crossing the dichotomy are as follows. First, the boredom of the separate environment created by the conflict between safety and play can create meaning by encountering the space-time materials of the daycare center through learning created by the entanglement of space-time materials. Second, the dichotomy of infant-centered play and teacher-centered activities has gone beyond the dichotomy from the perspective of infants and toddlers, and the misreading of teacher-centered activities has been overcome through the perspective of infants and toddlers. Third, the trouble with the checklist can overcome the boundary between child care course operation and institutional evaluation by creating an educational discourse to unify child care course operation and institutional evaluation. Fourth, expertise as being and expertise can go beyond the position of an evaluator and instructor and develop the consultant"s capacity as an ethical onto-epistemological expert. Given that transversality breaks through dichotomies and creates new meanings, this study is expected to provide basic data that can support the capabilities and education of consultants needed for future society.
