This chapter outlines the strategy being employed to address the issue of using telematic technology in the development of an information delivery service. A running system is presented in detail as a practical demonstration of this strategy. The main objective of the system is to provide an integrated information delivery service to the elderly and disabled. The system provides information about health and social services at a local and regional level, such as: rehabilitation centers, assistance on the activities of the daily living, nursing assistance, transportation, economical benefits, health care,...including cost, access modalities, waiting lists, transportation facilities and service providers. Tools to administrate the information service are provided including statistics on the use of the system, the evolution of the elderly and professional degree of satisfaction and their influence on the service improvement.
