Basic experiments were performed to apply the flip-flop flow to a fluid engineering of zincification. The velocity variations in a plating tank were measured using two-dimensional NV It is found that the differences in the flow patterns depend on the conventional type and the jet flow type in the plating tank. It is also disclosed that the amount of coating around tubes in the plating tank increases on the effect of the evolution of flip-flop flows.
