Abstract

Intraspecific diversity of Dagestanian barley was structured on the basis of data on DNA polymorphism and resistance to harmful organisms. A significant polymorphism and heterogeneity of the majority of Dagestanian barley forms was revealed with the use of molecular markers. Under epiphytotic conditions, five accessions were characterized by resistance to powdery mildew and six accessions were resistant to barley leaf rust. Seven heterogeneous accessions possess scald resistance. During the earing stage, five accessions were weakly damaged by frit fly and five forms were resistant to phytophage during tillering.
