Abstract
The dynamics of a semiconductor superlattice in an external resonator is studied. It is shown that the external electrodynamic system considerably complicates the behavior of the superlattice by exciting random oscillations and leads to additional negative differential conductivity in the I–V characteristic that is not observed in an autonomous system.
