Description
Photograph of a view of a 1908 "Tourist" automobile driving through a stream in Eastlake Park (later Lincoln Park), ca.1908. The lightly-colored automobile is visible at center, just inside the water's edge. The carriage is open-air and four passengers can be seen, three women and one man. The steering wheel of the automobile is positioned on the right, where the woman can be seen steering. Across the stream, more park patrons can be seen enjoying an open expanse of lawn.
