본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 위(Wee) 프로젝트의 정책 수혜 학생들의 특성을 도출하고, 위(Wee) 프로젝트 개입 전/후의 변화 양상을 파악하여, 위(Wee) 프로젝트가 학생에게 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2019년과 2020년의 위(Wee) 희망대상 우수사례 중, 학생과 교사가 동일 사례로 제출한 경우인 102개의 에세이를 대상으로, 가정·환경적 배경, 사전적 요인, 사후적 변화의 3가지 영역으로 구분하여 키워드 추출 및 영역별 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 사전적 요인 영역에서 〈그룹 1〉은 ‘가해 및 비행 문제’, 〈그룹 2〉는 ‘피해 및 왕따 문제’와 ‘그 외 기타문제’로 구분되었다. 〈그룹 1〉 ‘가해 및 비행 문제’에서는 ‘학교폭력가해’, ‘교권침해’, ‘흡연과음주’ 등 외현적 문제와 관련한 텍스트가 군집하였으며, 〈그룹 2〉 ‘피해 및 왕따 문제’ 및 ‘기타 그 외 문제’ 유형에서는 ‘또래관계위축’, ‘자살과자해’, ‘우울’, ‘불안’ 등 내현적 문제와 관련된 키워드들이 주로 등장했다. 둘째, 사후적 변화 영역에서는 유형 간 구분되지 않았으며, 공통적으로 많이 연결된 키워드로 ‘목표의식’, ‘또래관계개선’, ‘돕고 싶은마음’ 등이 나타났는데, 위(Wee) 프로젝트의 개입이 위기 학생 유형과 상관없이 모든 학생에게 다양한 측면에서 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 위(Wee) 프로젝트가 질적으로 도약할 수 있도록 위(Wee) 프로젝트 관련 정책에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
This study attempted to analyze the effect of Wee project on students by deriving the characteristics of Wee project policy beneficiaries using the keyword network analysis method and identifying changes before and after Wee project policy intervention. To this end, among the best cases of the Wee project in 2019 and 2020, 102 essays submitted by students and teachers were divided into three areas: home and environmental background, Pre-factors, and post-change. The analysis results were as follows. First, in the Pre-factor area, 〈Group 1〉 was divided into "inflicted injury and flight problems", and 〈Group 2〉 was divided into "victimization of school violations and bullying problems" and "other problems". 〈Group 1〉 In "Inflicted Injury and Flight Problems", texts were clustered in relation to external problems such as school violence, infringement of teachers right, smoking and drinking. 〈Group 2〉 In the types of "victimization of school violations and ballooning problems" and "other problems", keywords related to internal problems such as "contraction of peer relationship", "suicide and self-injury", "depression", and "anxiety" mainly appeared. Second, in the area of post-change, "sense of goal", "improvement of peer relations", and "mind to help" were found to be keywords that were commonly connected without distinction between types. This proves that the Wee project policy has a positive effect in various aspects, ranging from all students regardless of the type of crisis. Based on the above research results, the Wee project policy suggested implications for the Wee project and school violence-related policies for qualitative development.
