A Study on the Effects of User Satisfaction and Revisit on the Real estate and Service Characteristics of Jeju Guest house

The objective of this study is to analysis the effect of the user satisfaction and revisit of the real estate and service characteristics at the Jeju guest house. The analysis is done based on 488 significant research materials gathered from the questionnaires. For analysis methodology, this research is using SPSS 18.0, AMOS 18.0, along with analytic techniques, such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, reliability, and structural analysis. Through this study, influencing relationship on how the real estate and service characteristic factors can affect the user satisfaction and revisit is figured out. Following is the results summary of the research: First, it is find that the first influencing factor is the responsiveness for the user satisfaction of the Jeju guest house. Second, it is find that the second influencing factor is the reliability for the user satisfaction of the Jeju guest house. Finally, it is find that the user satisfaction affects the revisit This study have an academic importance about thoughtful of the Jeju guest house and a working-level importance about operational competitiveness of the Jeju guest house, a substantive help of the Jeju guest house market.
