코로나 팬데믹 온라인 수업 사례로 본 교육대학원생들의 인식

The Study of Graduate Students Perceptions in the Graduate School of Education that Related the Case of Online Class in the Corena 19 Pandemic

본 연구의 목적은 코로나 19로 인해 전통적인 대면 수업에서 온라인 수업방식으로 변한 수업 상황을 맞이한 경험을 토대로, 앞으로 온라인 수업의 질을 높이기 위한 교수설계의 방안을 모색하려는 것이다. 연구참여자들은 2020년도 여름학기에 수강한 교육대학원생으로 비대면 온라인 수업을 경험한 30명이다. 이들은 2020년도 6월부터 8월까지 15주 동안 실시된 동영상 녹화 및 실시간 화상 수업을 경험하였다. 설문 조사는 종강 무렵에 온라인으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구참여자들은 온라인 수업에서 다양한 방법으로 출석을 점검하는 교수전략이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 이들은 온라인 수업에서 과제물과 성적 평가에서 몇 가지 개선할 점이 있다고 인식하였으며, 평가방법도 교수자가 혼자서 평가하는 것보다 동료들의 상호평가, 자기평가와 같은 다양한 방식을 활용하는 것이 바람직하다고 여기고 있었다. 셋째, 이들은 온라인 수업에서도 토론이나 협동 학습, 다양한 활동을 통해서 학생들의 수업 참여도를 높여야 한다고 인식하였다. 넷째, 연구참여자들은 온라인 수업에서 수업 설계의 질적인 보완과 학습 동기와 관련된 부분이 강화되어야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 마지막으로 비대면 온라인 수업에 대한 교육적 시사점과 제언이 이루어졌다.

The purpose of this study was to explore teaching design to contribute to improving the quality of online classes in the future, based on the experience of facing a class situation that has changed from traditional face-to-face classes to unexpected online classes due to Corona 19. The subjects of this study were 30 students who took non-face-to-face online classes as graduate students in the graduate school of education who took the 2020 summer semester. They took courses in video recording and real-time interactive classes for 15 weeks from June to August 2020. The survey was conducted at the end of the online class. The results of this study were as follows. First, graduate students in the graduate school of education recognized the need for a teaching strategy to check attendance in various ways in online classes. Second, the subjects recognized that there were some improvements in the assignments and grade evaluation in online classes, and it was desirable to use various methods such as peer evaluation and self-evaluation rather than the instructor s own evaluation. Third, the subjects recognize that students participation in class should be enhanced through discussion, cooperative learning, and various activities in online classes. Fourth, the subjects recognized that qualitative supplementation of class design and learning motivation in online classes.
