본 연구는 어머니의 양육스트레스가 부모 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 어머니의 심리정서적 어려움의 파악과 정신건강을 위한 지원방안 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전북 J시에 위치한 가정어린이집 20곳 원아의 어머니 258명으로 양육스트레스와 심리적 소진을 측정하였다. SPSS를 사용하여 기술통계, t/F검정 그리고 회귀 분석을 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구학적 변인 중 어머니가 직업을 가짐에 따라 심리적 소진의 효능감이 결여 되었다. 둘째, 양육스트레스와 심리적 소진의 하위영역 간에 무능감과 고갈, 고립과 효능감 결여 그리고 건강관련과 효능감 결여 간의 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양육 스트레스의 사회적 고립이 높을수록 심리적 소진에서 효능감 결여를 더 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

The study looked at the effect of mother's parenting stress on parents burnout. and provide basic data for understanding the emotional and emotional difficulties of mothers and finding ways to support mental health. The subjects are the mothers of two hundred fifty eights who send their children to twenty Home-Based Day Care Center where is located at J city in Jeollabukdo. The parenting stress and psychological burnout are measured to these subjects. The technical statics, t/F Test, and regression analysis are conducted by using SPSS 18.0. The following is the results which are gained by using SPSS. First, among the demographic conditions, when the mother has the occupation, the lack of efficacy in the psychological burnout appears. Second, in the sub-factors of the parenting’s stress and psychological burnout, sense of incompetence and burnout, isolation and efficacy and health and lack of efficacy have the correlation one another. Third, the more the social isolation of the nurturing stress of the mother is high, the more they felt lack of efficacy in psychological burnout.
