Abstract

In this paper, we overviewed current situation on mobility management in Australia, and practices of travel feedback program (TFP) in Perth metropolitan region and Adelaide city. We compared these TFP cases with representative TFP cases in Japan. In the results, difference between both cases in Australia was shown that the case in Perth was individualized-marketing-based TFP, and the case in Adelaide was conversation-based TFP. From the comparison of the cases in Australia with cases in Japan, TFPs in Japan were now still under developing, but there is a possibility to develop more effective TFPs through referring many other cases and academic knowledge.
