본고는 1910년대 일본에서 비밀결사 활동을 전개한 한·중 유학생들의 활동을 반제국주의로 연결된 ‘민족혁명’기획이라는 관점에서 접근하였으며, 주로 비밀결사 신아동맹당의 주체와 조직화 실태를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 지금까지 일본에서 만들어진 신아동맹당에 대한 연구가 김철수, 장덕수 등 한국인이 중심이었다는 설과 황찌에민(黃介民) 등 중국인 중심설로 대립하고 있으나, 본고에서는 이미 중국에서 전개되고 있던 신규식, 박은식, 조소앙 등과 쑨원(孫文), 천치메이(陳其美), 황찌에민 등의 한·중 합작 민족혁명 기획의 연속선상에서 파악할 필요가 있다는 것을 제기하고 있다. 제1차 세계대전에서 승전국에 속한 일본이 대중국 21개조를 요구하게 되자, 중국이 ‘제2의 한국’이 될 것이라는 위기감 속에서, 한·중의 혁명인사들은 제국주의 일본에 대응하기 위해 민족을 초월한 국제적 연대를 형성하였다. 특히 일본에서 신아동맹당이 주도한 대회에는 베트남, 미얀마, 인도 등 피식민지 학생들까지 참가한 국제 연대 활동이라는 점에 역사적 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 신아동맹당은 일본에서 2여 년간 비밀결사 활동을 전개하고 해산하지만, 이후 비밀결사요원들은 일본, 한국, 중국 등에서 각각 혁명활동을 전개하고 서로 지원하게 되었다. 이러한 활동은 일본의 2.8독립선언, 한국의 3.1운동, 중국의 5.4운동 등 1910년대 ‘민족혁명’ 국제기획의 조직적 바탕이 된다는 점과 초기 공산주의 운동의 기원이 되었다는 점에 그 중요성이 있다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the identity and organization of the secret Shina Alliance Party in view of the nationalist Revolutional project, which links the activities of Korean and Chinese students who conducted secret mission activities in Japan to anti-imperialism. This will allow us to see what the then nationalist planning and the activities of the Shin-A Alliance Party mean in the international situation in East Asia and how they are related to the March 1st Movement and the 5.4th Movement. So far, there have been claims that the Sinah Alliance study was led by South Korea and China. But if we look at the historical background of this period, we need to approach it from a different third point of view. In the main paper, the group said it was a secret alliance pushed in the course of nationalist planning called the Korea-China joint anti-imperialism movement conducted in China after the participation of the new-style New Year's revolution. The Shina Alliance was a campaign led by Korea, China and Taiwan, which were pushed by secret groups in Japan and China, in a sense of crisis that even China would become a colony in Japan's demand for 21 of Chinese students, and students from Vietnam and other countries participated. After disbanding, they established their own bases in the space of Korea, China and Japan.
