Дипломная работа посвящена нефтегазовому сотрудничеству России и Китая. В работе рассмотрена история развития экономических отношений между странами с момента образования КНР, а также энергетического партнерства как составного и наиболее приоритетного компонента такого взаимодействия на сегодняшний день. Проведено исследование и анализ современного состояния сотрудничества, а также основных совместных нефтегазовых проектов. Выявлены слабые места, спорные аспекты и нерешенные вопросы, тормозящие развитие межгосударственного диалога. В процессе изучения данного вопроса были приведены мнения российских и китайских специалистов и экспертов. На основании сравнения разных точек зрения были определены возможные варианты дальнейшего развития ситуации. Учитывая непростую ситуацию, сложившуюся на мировом рынке энергоресурсов и в целом в экономике, сложно делать какие-либо долгосрочные прогнозы. Однако думается, что в ближайшие десятилетия сотрудничество будет развиваться достаточно ровно, как без особых прорывов, так и без серьезных провалов.

Diploma work deals with the oil and gas cooperation between Russia and China. The paper presents the history of the development of economic relations between countries from the moment of formation of the People's Republic of China and energy partnership as its most important part for today. It also introduces investigation and analysis of the current state of such cooperation and the main joint projects in the oil and gas sector, and shows weak points, disputable aspects and outstanding issues that inhibit the development of intergovernmental dialogue. Diploma work presents the comparison between different points of view of the Russian and Chinese specialists and experts that were useful in the process of outlining some perspectives of further development of the situation. It is not easy to make some long-term forecasts about the development of such cooperation because of the difficult economic situation in the world, but it seems that in the coming decades it will develop without any quantum leaps, as well as without any serious failures.
