Abstract

Paramesonephric duct cyst is a remnant of caudal ends of the fused embryological paramesonephric
ducts. They can be mistaken as paratubal, paraovarian or peritoneal inclusion cysts and hydrosalpinx.
Paramesonephric duct cysts a re very rare with peak clinical a incidence between a third and fourth decade
of life. Reporting a case of para-mesonephric duct remnant cyst in a 33 years old P2L2. She presented
with complaints of mass per abdomen since 3 months. Ultrasound examination showed features of ovarian
neoplasm and CECT showed abdomino- pelvic cystic lesion (11x13x16cm) of benign etiology. Cystectomy
done and sent for histopathology which came as paramesonephric duct remnant cyst. Reporting a case
of para-mesonephric duct remnant cyst in a 33 years old P2L2. She presented with complaints of mass
per abdomen since 3 months. Ultrasound examination showed features of ovarian neoplasm and CECT
