Abstract:
The in vitro proliferation of Malus sp.
EM IX remains dependant on many factors which can be the type of carbohydrate or the type of gelling agent, but can also be an interaction of both these components in the culture medium.
In our conditions the best results were obtained with the association of Sorbitol and the agar Sigma A 9915 or Sigma A 1296.
