Objective	Annual spatial-temporal monitoring of sole spawning grounds in the Northern sector of the Bay of Biscay. This is a basic operation enabling the study of different productions from the same process (monitoring begun in 1985). Structural study of the North Biscay spawning ground based on the distribution of sole eggs and larvae. Studying the fine-scale distribution of sole eggs and larvae with respect to hydrological structures. Studying the physiological status of larvae to assess the relative importance of biotic factors for the future of juvenile stages.
