| Objective | Observations of fishing grounds in the Northern Bay Of Biscay which could be polluted by oil following the sinking of the ERIKA tanker on 12 December 1999. Observations of any perturbation caused in fish and Nephrops prawns fished on these seabeds. The related project is on "monitoring the ERIKA pollution's impact on fishery resources". |
