Abstract: Carrying out intellectual property course in science and technology postgraduate students is an important way to cultivate innovative talents, and is also an important part of implementing the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property. Taking the patent application and patent agency course of Central South University of Forestry＆ Technology as an example, this paper introduces the training objectives, teaching content, organization forms, course features, implementation results of the course, and puts forward the construction plan for optimizing the course.
