무용전공자의 무용열정이 무용몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 무용전공자들이 가지고 있는 무용열정과 무용몰입의 관계를 규명하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구 목적에 부합하기 위하여 무용 전공자 대상으로 다변량 분석을 활용하여 그들의 성별, 전공, 경력에 따른 무용열정과 무용몰입의 차이를 알아보고, 상관분석을 통해 무용열정과 무용몰입의 하위요인 간의 관계를 측정하고 이를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 통해 구체적인 관계를 규명하였다. 분석 결과 성과 전공에 따른 무용열정과 몰입 간의 차이는 나타나지 않은 반면 경력에 따른 무용열정과 무용몰입의 수준 차이는 나타났으며 경력이 길수록 그 수준 또한 높았다. 또한 무용열정과 무용몰입의 하위요인들은 모두 서로 정적 상관을 나타냈으며 특히 무용정체성 요인이 자기목적적 경험과 활동, 인식의 통합 요인과 높은 상관을 보였다. 구체적으로 무용정체성은 무용몰입의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수로 확인되었으며, 지식추구요인은 자기목적적 경험, 최면과 유사상태 요인에 그리고 학습의욕은 최면과 유사상태, 활동과 인식의 통합 요인에 영향을 미쳤고, 신체관리 요인은 활동과 인식의 통합에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 무용전공자들의 높은 수준의 무용열정은 무용몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Purpose: This research was conducted to identify the relationship between dance passion and dance commitment which professional dancers have. Method: To do this study, we surveyed dance majors using multivariate analysis for exploring the differences between dance passion and dance commitment related to their gender, major and experience. Results: Through correlation analysis we measure the relationship between dance passion and sub-factor of dance flow and then use multiple regression analysis to identify the specific relationship. The result are as follows, while the analysis showed no difference between dance passion and dance flow based on gender and major in performance, the level of the passion for dance and flow based on experience was different, and the higher level of the experience was also found. Furthermore, both sub-factors of dance passion and flow expressed positive correlation especially the factor of dance identity showed a strong correlation with the integration of self-purpose experiences, activities and perception. Concretely the dance identity was identified as a major variable affecting all of the sub-factors of dance flow, the seeking-knowledge factor impacted the self-purpose experience, hypnosis and similar state, and it turns out that desire to learn has influenced hypnosis and similar state, integration of activities and perceptions. While the factors that manage the body only affect the integration of activity and perception. Conclusion: As a result, the high level of dance passion give a positive effect on dance commitment.
