초록

본 연구는 부모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에 대한 감사의 매개효과를 알아보았다. 연구를 위하여 연구모형과 경쟁모형을 설정하고, 대학생 476명에게 부애착 척도, 모애착 척도, 감사 척도, 삶의 만족 척도로 구성된 질문지를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 감사의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이것은 부모애착이 삶의 만족에 미치는 효과가 감사에 의하여 매개된다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 모애착과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계는 감사에 의해서 완전매개 되었다. 셋째, 부애착과 삶의 만족사이의 관계는 감사에 의해서 부분매개 되었다. 넷째, 모애착과 부애착의 감사와 삶의 만족에 대한 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 즉, 부애착의 정도에 따라 모애착과 감사, 모애착과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계의 강도가 달라지지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구의 상담에 대한 시사점과 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다.
