Abstract:
Presents a computer algorithm that analyzes the complete moment-curvature and load-deflection behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) beams. An empirical stress-strain law for fibrous concrete proposed by Ezeldin and Balaguru has been incorporated into the present computer program. A total of 11 SFRC simple beams under two-point loading were analyzed. It has been found that there is a good correlation between theoretical and experimental load- deformation behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete beams.
