临床技能学教学团队建设的探索与实践

Abstract: 南华大学"临床技能学教学团队"自2010年被获批为湖南省省级教学团队建设以来,通过3年的强化建设,在优化教师队伍、加强课程建设、优化教学资源、提升教研教改水平等方面做了一些工作,取得了一些初步成果。文章就团队的建设特色与体会进行了总结。
