Optically-Calibrated Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Abstract

We describe how diffuse optical imaging can be used to enhance functional magnetic resonance imaging by providing additional temporal and spectroscopic information. We apply this model to experimental data from concurrent fMRI and optical measurements.
