Abstract

Emission-wavelength-tuning of dyes Rhodamine-B(RhB) and Curcumin incorporated electrospun polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) microfibers was done. Such multi-component polymer matrix can be used for emission-wavelength-tuning in tunable dye lasers. These fibers were characterized by spectroscopic and electron microscopic techniques.
