Two Photon Holographic Stimulation System for Cellular-Resolution Interrogation of Olfactory Coding

Abstract

We developed an all-optical multiphoton system for efficient, high rate (>100 fps) simultaneous stimulation and imaging of olfactory bulb neurons. Integration with an olfactory delivery setup, allows to dissect olfactory coding in behaving mice.
