Enhancing Solar Energy Light Capture with Multi-Directional Waveguide Lattices

Abstract

Multiple, intersecting lattices of multimode and polychromatic waveguides were fabricated in photopolymerizable media. The cumulative collection angle ranges of the lattices permits wide-angle light capture, which may enhance power output in solar cells.
