论高等职业学校的生态位发展战略

Abstract: 生态位理论为高等职业学校建构发展战略提供了新视角。高等职业学校生态位的形成具有明显的主体能动性和创造性,是高等职业学校内部生态因子与外部生态因子相互作用的结果。高等职业学校生态位发展战略的内容包括生态位错位战略、生态位移动战略、生态位扩展战略和生态位共生战略。
