Abstract: Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupuncture within quanjing Acupuncture therapy compared with traditional acupuncture after apoplexy and hemiplegia,detect the interrelated index,evaluate the clinical effects.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Quanjing Acupuncture;30 patients in the control group were treated by traditional acupuncture ,once before the treatment and once after 3 periods of treatment.Before and after 3 periods of treatment,the value of Fugl-Meyer Assessment either Body of upper limbs or the lower extremities ,The difference between before and afer treatment were significantly in the two group(P < 0.05) .The quanJing group was better than the traditional group on the value of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the upper limbs(P < 0.05) .Conclusion:The clinical study has proved that quanjing acupuncture therapy is an effective method on recovery of movement function after apoplexy and hemiplegia.
