Influence of Qi-Benefiting and Blood-Activating Method on the Expression of NF-κB Protein of Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion in Blood Stasis Syndrome of RabbitsChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:To study the influence of Qi-Benefiting and Blood-Activating Method(QBBAM)on the expression of nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB)protein in blood stasis syndrome of Rabbits myocardial cells during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI),and investigate protective mechanism of QBBAM on myocardial IRI.Methods:To make a model on blood stasis syndrome of IRI,The myocardial levels of expression of NF-κB protein was evaluated by method of immunocytochemistry.Results:Compared with the IRI group,The myocardial levels of expression of NF-κB protein was depressed significantly in DSY group(P<0.01).Conclusion:QBBAM could inhibit the expression of NF-κB protein during myocardial ischemia reperfusion in Rabbits.The results might express QBBAM’S mechanism on preventing from myocardial IRI.
